Bartolo Renda
CEO – P&WC Alliance
Bartolo Renda is the CEO of P&WC Alliance, bringing 30+ years of global experience in water treatment, energy, refining and industrial process solutions. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected industrial technology companies, including Veolia, SUEZ, GE Water & Process Technologies, with responsibilities spanning Europe, Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
As CEO of P&WC Alliance, he drives strategic growth, technology development and international expansion across P&WC Specialties, P&WC Ucatco and P&WC InfinityPlast

Khurshid Sadiev
COO – P&WC Specialties
Khurshid Sadiev serves as Chief Operating Officer of P&WC Specialties, overseeing day-to-day operations, supply chain and field service teams. He brings strong engineering background and hands-on operational experience, gained from major Oil&Gas projects in Uzbekistan and the region.
Prior to joining P&WC Specialties, Khurshid held senior technical and managerial roles at SGCC, Uzbekistan GTL and Uz-Kor Gas Chemical.
Under his leadership, P&WC Specialties continues to enhance its manufacturing capabilities, technical services and customer-centric approach
